Overview

The BG770 is an LTE-M / NB-IoT Module with integrated GNSS functionality. It is fully compliant with 3GPP Rel. 14 specification and provides a downlink data rate of up to 588 Kbps and an uplink data rate of up to 1119 Kbps. The module leverages integrated RAM/Flash as well as a ARM Cortex M4 MCU for ultra-low power consumption.

The BG770 is available in a 14.9 × 12.9 × 1.9 mm LGA package and is suitable for a wide range of IoT / M2M applications such as wireless POS, smart metering, tracking, wearable devices, and etc. The BG770 offers excellent low currents in PSM and eRDX. The voltage range of =< 3.3 volts is perfect for operating the NB-IoT / LTE-M module with the MCU from the same supply voltage.
